Payment required in advance for all questionnaires and documents.
Lender Report: Fee $75(a.k.a. Condo/PUD Questionnaire)
This Report is used by a lender as underwriting information in making a mortgage for a home in an association. For townhome and condominium questionnaires and certification, please visit HomeWise Docs.
Community Documents: Fee: priced by document and bundles
These documents include Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Declaration, budgets, pictures of community, minutes, etc.
